Fabulous staff made our stay great
During our stay, we were delighted by the attentive staff who always ensured we had everything we needed. The daily tea and biscuits at 4:30 PM was a charming touch! Located just a short walk to the slopes, the hotel provided a cozy atmosphere with clean rooms, where we felt welcomed every day. The dining options were delicious, especially the themed dinners that highlighted Italian cuisine.
I did notice that the walls between rooms were quite thin, making it easy to hear our neighbors at times. Our room was basic and slightly dated, which didn't bother us too much, but a bit of updating would enhance the overall experience.

The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything was tidy and fresh.
The dining experience left much to be desired, as the breakfast options were basic and the evening meals lacked variety.

The room had a huge bed, providing ample stretching space after a curving day on the slopes, and the water pressure in the shower was consistently strong, which was refreshing. The afternoon tea service with biscuits was a nice touch to wind down after hitting the mountains.
Rooms were pretty cramped, barely enough space to maneuver around, with thin walls that turned up the volume on every corridor and neighborly chatter. The dining experience was a bit hit or miss. Although there were decent options, the lack of variety and frequent repetition made evenings less exciting, and the breakfast was primarily cold, with no warm options available. Internet connectivity was less reliable than I'd have hoped, only working decently in common areas but spotty otherwise, making it tough to catch up on things post-skiing.

Just a suitable option for a rapid stop in Sestriere with fantastic value for money. The shower had great pressure which was refreshing after skiing. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

Clean rooms with friendly staff and a lovely dining atmosphere. The bar area was cozy and inviting after long days on the slopes.
Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable in rooms and the breakfast variety could use some improvement.
